STEP 5: While holding the labels to the left, bring the top of the dispenser down, and fold the flap into the box. You should have a closed dispenser box with a tape of labels sticking out the left side.

STEP 6: Pull the labels towards to right so they hang off the right edge. Now, fold the "Dispenser Tab" into place. The Label Dispenser should be finshed now, and ready for use. What the Dispenser Tab does is restrict the flow of the labels. So, when you pull on the tape of labels, a label will hit the dispenser tab and un-attach itself to the labels. (as seen below. The label pops up to the top left).
